The German speaking countries (and Europe) need to start an organization professionally supporting research, therapy and prevention around psychedelic experience. Become part of the progress in this field by joining or supporting the initiative.

How we can make it – building a European organization that initiates valuable research, thoughtful change and harm reducing practice like MAPS does in the USA –  will be the focus of discussions in the next months. For sure it’s going to be bilingual (English/German) or multilingual  – and an independent, inviting organization.

We need every head and hand, we need ideas and talent, skills and money – not only researchers, but we need researchers. Not only marketing and communication experts – but we need these, too – and others offering to support.
We are thinking beyond Germany, Austria and Switzerland and reaching out to all those who feel as European as we do – without drawing anyone in. But we need to start somewhere, so why not start here in Berlin?! We are dedicated to sound interdisciplinary research for reaching the goal of building a positive and responsible place for psychedelic experience in society.
The core team is already participating in the MAPS phase 3 study about MDMA-assisted PTSD therapy here in Germany. And we would love to start a number of thrilling new projects in the future.

The „initiative team“ assembles people who want to be active (time, talent, contacts, money etc.). On November 26th 2016 we will have the first meeting in Berlin. If you register, we’ll get into contact with you before this date.
The „supporters“ will not meet for now. But they have a crucial role by contributing love, ideas, sympathy and critical improvements. Maybe later they’ll also chip in with smaller amounts of money – if they want to. (Please don’t send us your money now. We’d rather receive it for a brilliant and realistic concept. And we’ll not come forth with our concept before November 26th ;-).
We’d also like to invite institutions to become part of the foundation building process. We welcome scientific, psychotherapeutic or such organizations directed toward societal or political change (like the psychedelic societies).
